As a Senior Django Developer at Teachmecode, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our backend systems. This includes designing APIs, managing databases, and developing AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of APIs in the Django environment.
  • Design and implement Django Models and reusable functions.
  • Manage Postgres/MySQL databases in a Python/Django environment.
  • Design and build mobile apps in Python.
  • Design and develop AI-powered applications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy software solutions in a collaborative team environment.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and test environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Python Django Developer.
  • Expertise in API development using Django Rest Framework.
  • Strong experience in web development using Django.
  • Strong understanding of Postgres/MySQL databases.
  • Proficient in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ReactJs and AI frameworks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building mobile apps using Python is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must know how to deploy Django apps to the Production environment.
  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts and techniques is a huge plus.
