About the RoleYou will be responsible for assisting Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene and daily activities. You will also monitor vital signs, report any significant changes to the healthcare team, and assist patients with mobility and transferring to and from different locations.
Key Qualifications- DHA Certification: Current certification as a DHA Assistant Nurse.
- Experience: Previous experience in homecare nursing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
