Job Description

The Category Finance and FP&A Senior Analyst will be instrumental in shaping our company's financial story.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Constructing a comprehensive narrative of our company's financial health
  2. Preparing monthly management reports, including P&L account and BS analytics
  3. Reviewing data submissions to identify issues and investigating prompt resolutions
  4. Advising teams on group policies and reporting requirements
  5. Consolidating and analyzing results, driving plan and forecasting cycles
  6. Business partnering with Marketing to align budgets and brand strategies
  7. Business partnering with Supply to align S&OP and issue monthly shipment targets
  8. Crafting presentations for leadership, encapsulating financial insights and strategies
Key Requirements
  • Professional finance or accounting certification
  • Adept at financial modeling with excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and JDE
  • Analytical skills, financial acumen, and knowledge of financial reporting
  • Agile, high sense of urgency, accountability, and results-driven
  • Strong presentation skills and preparation
  • Firm understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for business partnering
  • 2-3 years of experience within the finance industry, preferably in FMCG companies at Category finance and FP&A
