Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveying Professional to join our team as a Cost Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs during construction to ensure the project remains within the approved budget.
  • Interim Valuations: Assess and certify interim payments to contractors based on the work completed to date.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts between the client and contractors, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met, and resolving any disputes that arise during construction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
