Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Residence Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our TopSky systems and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and delivery of technical instructions (maintenance scripts) that are to be derived from the equipment manuals.
- Assist and support clients factory based Engineers in resolving hardware problems responding to hardware Repair Request Forms (RRF) and initiating hardware design changes (where necessary).
- Be available to travel to the clients offices in Melbourne Australia to participate in a Transfer of Knowledge training program.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in AIRPORTS with TopSky (HE) experience mandatory.
- Have strong electronic troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
