  • Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or a multinational environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in languages like French, German, Bulgarian, Italian etcis mandatory, as you will be working with teams across Europe.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using HR systems (SAP, Workday, or similar HRIS) is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and proactively address challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with changing priorities.
