Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a strong focus on real estate industry expertise.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, with a strong understanding of integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, role-based access control, and data security.
  • Experience with Salesforce customization, including flows, process builder, and other advanced features.
  • Strong understanding of finance concepts, including account receivable, receipts, transactions, and other related processes.
