The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with experience in B2C environments and a product-led growth (PLG) mindset to enhance the Hoxton App platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategies that align with company goals and drive product growth.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Optimize User Experience: Identify opportunities to optimize user onboarding, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
  • Advocate for the User: Ensure a customer-centric approach to all product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with software engineers, solutions architects, QA specialists, and designers to bring product visions to life.
  • Articulate Product Vision: Champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding product development from inception to launch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2C products.
  • Proven experience in driving product-led growth strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in user research, customer journey mapping, and creating user personas.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.
