Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and comfortable during their stay with us.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Change bed linen and make beds to a high standard
  • Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities
  • Sweep and mop floors to keep them clean and tidy
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
  • Clean public areas, such as corridors, to maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Report any technical issues or maintenance needs
  • Address guests' queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

Requirements and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Room Attendant or Maid
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
