The primary role of the Legal Advisor is to deliver comprehensive legal guidance and support to the management, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This position involves managing legal risks, addressing legal disputes, and representing the organization in various legal and governmental matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that govern the operations of MILELE MOTORS FZE.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and lease agreements.

3. Provide legal advice and insights to senior management on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

4. Represent the organization in all legal and governmental matters, including court proceedings, police interactions, and business meetings.

5. Manage legal disputes and litigation, collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary to safeguard the interests of the company.

6. Act as a liaison and representative for matters involving various authorities.

Qualifications:

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in law is mandatory.

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in legal roles with substantial exposure to legal, governmental, and corporate environments.

- Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of Free Zone Law, Mainland Law, Labor Law, as well as Civil and Criminal laws and procedures.

- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential. Knowledge of Urdu or Hindi is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong grasp of court systems and procedures, including the management of civil and criminal cases.

- Ability to effectively handle legal cases and engage with governmental authorities.

- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Compensation: AED 8000 to 9000 per month
