About the Role

The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dark store. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including inbound logistics, order picking, packaging, and dispatch.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate all dark store activities, including inbound shipments, inventory management, picking, packaging, and dispatch.
  2. Oversee the receipt and storage of inbound stock, ensuring accurate inventory updates and proper organization.
  3. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and implement best practices.
  5. Resolve operational issues, such as stock discrepancies or order errors, in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
