Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate cost tracking and control.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize financial exposure and ensure project success.
- Cost Estimation and Analysis: Conduct thorough cost estimations and analyses to ensure accurate project pricing and budgeting.
- Contract Administration: Manage and oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Design and Specification Review: Review and approve project designs and specifications to ensure they align with project budgets and requirements.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report project progress and budget to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, environmental, and contractual obligations.
