Rihlat Travel News seeks a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of live shows, atmosphere, and character performances at our theme park resort. As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all entertainment programs, ensuring safety standards, environmental compliance, guest satisfaction, and financial delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement entertainment strategies that align with company goals
  • Oversee daily operations of live shows, including scheduling, casting, and technical aspects
  • Work closely with the Director of Entertainment to develop and maintain high-quality entertainment experiences
  • Mentor and coach staff to ensure excellent performance and career growth
  • Manage entertainment-related finances, including labor and non-labor budgets, capital planning, and show schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., theater, hospitality, business)
  • At least 7 years of experience in live entertainment production or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of stage management, direction, costuming, and technical disciplines
  • Familiarity with international environments and large-scale theme park projects
