Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external partners, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage departmental correspondence, including printing, posting, and distributing mail, as well as monitoring email inboxes.
  • Receive and send faxes and emails on behalf of the teams/service.
  • Take accurate messages and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Use initiative to resolve queries and problems from patients and staff before escalating to the line manager.
  • Provide clerical support for NHS and private clinics.

Requirements

  • Good standard of general education to GCSE level, with a strong focus on English and mathematics.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience of working in a team environment, preferably in an administrative or customer-focused setting.
