Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role that requires a high degree of expertise and experience in tax compliance and financial reporting. As a Senior Manager - Compliance and Reporting, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients across a range of industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency
  • Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service

You will also be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Providing training and guidance on tax compliance requirements and implications for financial reporting
  • Supporting major pursuits and proposals throughout the lifecycle

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across borders with a wide network of people and large amounts of data.
