Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data management standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data operationalization.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of data governance initiatives and projects.
  • Utilize data governance tools such as Informatica DEQ, EDC, AXON, etc.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in data governance & data management preferably within banking & financial services.
  • Strong background in project management & change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field; master's preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with data strategy implementation and governance tools.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a huge plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
