Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying functions for construction industry operations. A strong understanding of contracts, methods of measurement, and profit and loss implications is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administration and supporting project assigned staff in all matters of contract administration. This includes identifying, filtering, and collecting data relating to commercial and contract administration matters, preparing and reporting findings to the CM, and ensuring the timely submission of accurate applications for payment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Awareness and experience with contracts, including JCT, ICE, NEC, FIDIC, or similar derivative conditions.
