Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Executive Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the Disclosure System in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (19) of 2020. You will work closely with related entities to coordinate mutual agreements and business relations, ensuring that our stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • A. Strategy and Planning:
    • Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of the section-related policy, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals, and standard forms, ensuring alignment with ADAA's overall policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development of the department's strategic, budget, and procurement, and operational plans, ensuring alignment with the department and sector strategy and objectives, and ADAA's vision.
    • Obtain timely performance review assessments for mid-year and annual performance review, ensuring to meet set KPIs.
  • B. Operations:
    • Contribute to the development of the disclosure system and implement the process with a high confidentiality standard.
    • Collate declarations with relevant supporting documents of senior government employees, officials of subject entities, employees, and any natural or legal person, as required according to the provisions of the disclosure system, ensuring confidentiality of disclosures.
    • Conduct review of submitted disclosures and analysis of complex technical information to facilitate decision-making of ADAA management.
  • C. Talent Management and Development:
    • Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs to keep current with job requirements and ensure continuous performance improvements.
    • Keep current with updated information relevant to the role to ensure standard performance level is achieved.
    • Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing to build internal capabilities of the team and maximize their effective performance.
  • D. Corporate:
    • Ensure adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Prepare section-related correspondence, such as e-mails, memos, and letters, to ensure professionalism, completeness, and accuracy of information.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
