The Role
- Coordinate multiple data centre campus development projects, managing tasks from due diligence to execution, delivery, and completion.
- Develop project execution plans that align with client requirements and include communication strategies and key milestones.
- Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project, addressing issues promptly and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Act as a champion for improving project management processes and driving automation across data centre projects.
- Coach and mentor colleagues on continuous improvement techniques and standardized reporting methods.
- Be accountable for robust project governance, reviewing risks regularly and implementing mitigation measures as needed.
- Support the preparation of RFP and SOW documentation for key stakeholders.
- Drive the development of program-level reporting on project statuses, including schedule, budget, safety, and risk.
