This role involves working in a fast-paced linen room environment, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring all linens are in good condition and ready for use.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting, laundering, and organizing linens, as well as providing support to wait staff and other team members during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sorting, laundry, and organization of linens
  2. Ensuring all linens are in good condition and ready for use
  3. Providing support to wait staff and other team members during busy periods

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is desired
  2. Knowledge of laundry machinery and linen procedures, along with attention to detail and instruction following skills
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent may be necessary
  4. Identifying and reporting damaged or soiled linens, and removing them from circulation
  5. Inspecting returned uniforms for loose buttons and hems and sending them to the Tailor for repair
  6. Managing and tracking inventory of all linens to ensure an adequate supply
