The successful candidate will work closely with our finance and legal teams to report on program growth, partner incentive efficiency, and return on investment. Additionally, they will collaborate with our insights, content, creative, and web teams to support the creation of engaging campaigns and experiences that drive advertiser acquisition and improve ROAS.

We are seeking a data-driven marketer who brings directly relevant experience in owning influencer and affiliate partnerships - ideally in the B2B space. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and measure partnerships aimed at driving revenue growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our SMC advertiser base globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns and experiences
  • Support the scaling of our influencer pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and helping to recruit new partners
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to outreach efforts based on key learnings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Experience working with PartnerStack, Impact, CJ, or similar partnership platforms
