We are seeking a Lead Wealth Management Consultant with substantial experience in providing a comprehensive range of Wealth Services. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- CFP charter holder or CISI Level 7 certification
- 3-7 years of experience in the Wealth Management sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an all-encompassing financial planning support service to enhance client relationships
- Formulating and executing tailored recommendations while providing administrative assistance within the role's scope
- Preparing and adjusting balance sheets for client investment portfolios
- Creating summaries and recommendations for client meeting plans
- Gathering necessary information to develop cash flow projections prior to meetings and ensuring follow-up for documentation retrieval
- Compiling review materials and reports essential for client consultations
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using the Investment Management System (IMS) and addressing any discrepancies
- Conducting ad hoc reporting for clients, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) calculations
- Establishing and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitoring client accounts for adherence to investment guidelines and implementing necessary updates
- Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for client records
- Coordinating with platforms and service providers as required
- Fostering effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge relevant to the role
- Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with multiple currencies
- Robust analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A collaborative team player with experience in a team-oriented environment, ready to assist colleagues when necessary
- Highly organized with efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
