We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Planning Administrator to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning and management of our equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of inventory management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate inventory risks, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock item data, par levels, and aircraft inventories.
  • Coordinate the development of processes to support the build-operate-transfer process for the inventory push module and data entry.
  • Establish forecasts in liaison with planning officers to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, ensuring catering onboard loading is not affected by lack of inventory supplies.
  • Facilitate inventory risk evaluation, gap analysis, and risk mitigation proposals with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment stock is managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
