Your Day at NTT DATA

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Establishes relationships with vendors and coordinates everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing with them.
  2. Supports the Sales team in providing quotes for clients.
  3. Reviews quotes against raised orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaborates with commercial colleagues to obtain current vendor pricing.
  5. Manages general sales related documentation through receipt, labeling, sorting, filing and distribution as required.
  6. Maintains accurate records and data in accordance with the sales process and sales team requirements.

Knowledge and Attributes :

  1. Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills.
  2. Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  3. Able to analyze data and provide insights.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A service-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Academic Qualifications :

  1. High / Secondary School diploma or equivalent qualification.

Required Experience :

  1. Previous experience with quoting tools would be beneficial.
  2. Experience in basic administration, particularly quote to cash processes.
