The Sales Associate position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to sales growth within the store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be expected to perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting the right product.
  • Convert window shoppers into loyal customers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • Serve customers with the highest standards, following the company's selling guidelines (GUEST).
  • Stay up-to-date on various brands for suggestive selling.
  • Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Show flexibility in working extended hours during sale periods.
  • Ensure accurate product knowledge and minimal stock loss.
  • Lay out and display stock to attract customers and follow standard layout norms.
  • Maintain awareness of Visual Merchandising guidelines and stock clearance norms.
  • Process transactions efficiently at the Point of Sale/Billing Counter.
  • Manage cash tills accurately during shifts.
  • Issue receipts/refunds/changes correctly.
  • Handle payments via cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits.
  • Ensure security vigilance at all times without negligence.
  • Show flexibility in working varied shifts and overtime as per business requirements.
  • Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
