Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Controls Manager: Collaborate with the Project Controls Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop Project Schedules: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, including Level 1, 2, and 3 planning, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with Disciplines: Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and optimize schedules.
  • Manage Technical Documents: Oversee the setup and population of the Technical Document Register (TDR) and Project Procurement Tracking Register (PTR), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with Subcontractors: Work with subcontractor or partner construction planners to develop optimal sequencing of activities, ensuring realistic dates and efficient installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
  • Ensure Project Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate project reporting, highlighting any deviations or potential delays to project management.
  • Prepare Progress Figures: Calculate and report weekly and monthly progress figures, ensuring remaining forecast planning is achievable and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Commodity Information: Collect and analyze commodity information from discipline engineers, preparing commodity curves for handover to construction management.
