Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business needs and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain applications, configurations, and workflows to ensure best practices, automation, and system optimisation.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and meet business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field for a strong foundation in IT principles.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification to demonstrate expertise in IT service management.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: CIS – Service Portfolio Management (SPM) required, CSA, CAD preferred, CTA bonus for advanced skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM, HRSD, and ITBM.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
