About the Role

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage sales, inventory, and margin through effective range planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage OTB process, sell-through, and markdown policy to achieve optimal sales and margin performance.
  • Develop and implement effective range planning strategies to maximise sell-through and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the buying team to develop profitable assortment ranges that meet customer needs.
  • Provide accurate OTB plans for each category to ensure maximum sell-through and optimal inventory levels.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in range planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
