We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Room Service Host to join our team at Marriott International. You will also be responsible for answering guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines, placing and logging call backs for room service orders, notifying guests and management of delays in service delivery, communicating additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, recording transactions in the MICROS system at time of order, and completing all closing reports, including MICROS reports.

Key Responsibilities
