At Sea Breeze, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beach Attendant & Cashier to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Act as a representative of Dubai Holding Entertainment in managing visitors using the beach facilities and overall Sea Breeze assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and ensure they have a memorable experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of all rentals and assets to meet DHE standards.
- Address guest complaints promptly and escalate to management as necessary to maintain a positive reputation.
- Issue bills with accurate information to all users of Sea Breeze Beach facilities.
- Collect payment from guests and ensure issuance of receipts for all services provided.
- Report any misuse of facilities by customers to the supervisor in charge.
- Collaborate with the management team and Finance department in conducting inventory counts to produce accurate reports.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display re-filling as required by management.
- Monitor the upkeep of sunbeds, umbrellas, and other assets.
- Keep guests informed about available services and activities at the beach.
- E nsure an adequate supply of towels is always available for guests.
- Verify that all guests have paid for rental furniture.
- Guarantee that stations are open and ready for use during outlet operating hours.
- Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
- Comply with departmental policies, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures.
- Motivate fellow team members to deliver excellent results and create unforgettable experiences for guests.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma is mandatory, and 1-3 years of relevant experience is desired.
Necessary Skills:
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Exceptional customer service
