We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Services team as a key member. As a Policy and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics, and programme management.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will possess a strong project and program management background, with experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
This role involves conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of policies, regulations, and legislation relevant to food programme requirements. You will support the creation of data-driven policies, guidelines, and initiatives to address food programme challenges and innovate customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Policy Research and Analysis
- Policy Development and Implementation
- Strategic Planning and Partnerships
- Data Management and Monitoring
- Project Management and Evaluation
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in MS Office applications. Preferred qualifications include experience in the food industry, rich experience in catering management, workplace operations, or related fields.
