About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Expert to join our client, a leading business in Abu Dhabi, as part of their GENESIS Executive Search initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, Risk, and Cyber Security domains, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level security strategies to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions to prevent cyber threats.
- Develop and implement corporate IT security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.
- Represent the organization in procurement committees to ensure secure purchasing practices.
- Evaluate and implement technical controls to prevent cyber threats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyber Security and IT Risk Management.
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, disaster recovery, and security solutions.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
