Role Summary:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HE accreditation or regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with local (MoE/CAA/ADEK) and international accreditation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills in managing multi-step accreditation projects.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including MoE/CAA/ADEK and international agencies.
  • Collaborate with academic units to prepare accreditation documentation, such as self-study reports, and ensure timely submission.
  • Track accreditation timelines and prepare for site visits, ensuring relevant documentation and processes are in place.
  • Regularly conduct internal audits to assess compliance and readiness for accreditation visits.

Required Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex formulas with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
