  • Communication Skills: Possess good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Computer Skills: Possess good computer skills, with the ability to work from electronic work instructions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certifications: Possess IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC J-STD-001 certifications.
  • Experience: One year of experience in soldering/cable assembly.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess good manual dexterity, with the ability to work with small electronic components.
  • Mechanical Build Experience: Possess strong mechanical build experience, with the ability to accurately interpret written work instructions, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams.
  • Cable Termination: Possess knowledge of cable termination, including familiarity with crimping specifications and use of automated and hand crimping tools.
  • Wire Strippers: Use manual and automatic wire strippers to assemble and repair electronic components.

Experience Level: Entry Level
