About the Job
  • You will monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize returns and manage risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term investment strategies aligned with the fund's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement investment strategies for portfolios across specific sectors.
  2. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and prepare performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  3. Stay informed on global economic trends, market conditions, and sector-specific developments.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
  5. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the viability and potential returns of investments.
  6. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with investment portfolios.
  7. Develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with the fund's risk tolerance and investment policies.
  8. Regularly review and update risk management frameworks to adapt to changing market conditions.
  9. Collaborate with industry experts, analysts, and other key stakeholders to gather insights and recommendations.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investment partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CFA qualification is required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or a related role within a financial institution.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets and various investment sectors.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large and complex investment portfolios.
  • Proficiency in investment management software and tools.
