Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Iconic IT Consulting Services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation and Trade Finance, with 8-10 years of experience in this field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Write business requirements documents (BRD) and review functional specification documents (FSD).
  • Execute test cases and analyze process automation opportunities using AI, ML, and NLP.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any defects or issues that arise.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in process automation and Trade Finance.
  • Expertise in writing BRD, FSD, and executing test cases.
  • Understanding of AI, ML, and large language models in process automation.
  • Project management certification advantageous.
