Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Software Testing Engineers who are passionate about technology and eager to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment. This role is crucial for maintaining our rapid growth and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities effectively.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved.
  • Design and implement testing processes for both new and existing products to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to define system requirements.
  • Monitor the outcomes of the debugging process.
  • Investigate the root causes of software nonconformance and guide users in implementing solutions.
  • Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools, which is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Automation tools, particularly Selenium.
  • Strong background in web application and mobile app testing.
  • Proficient in SQL Database and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
