Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Develop new products in accordance with customer requests and our company's new product development process.
  • Conceptualization: Regularly propose new ideas and products to our management team for consideration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all developed products meet quality and cost requirements.
  • Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure that new products are stable, compliant with local regulations, and can be produced efficiently.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including COA, INCO, MSDS, and other legal documents required for product registrations.
  • Compatibility Testing: Conduct compatibility studies to ensure that new products are compatible with existing systems and processes.
  • Inventory Management: Prioritize inventory control and focus on stock liquidation wherever feasible.
  • Manufacturing Support: Transfer new products to production and provide technical support to our manufacturing team.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with our QC department to make final decisions on quality issues in production.
  • Raw Materials Sourcing: Ensure that all raw materials used meet local regulations and have sufficient quality for use in our factory.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report to your supervisor and respect all directions given by management.
