Job Responsibilities
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Create and update expense reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records, ensuring seamless access and retrieval.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed, fostering strong relationships through timely communication.
  • Review and file payroll documents with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits, providing valuable insights and supporting the company's growth.
HR Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, ensuring seamless integration with finance.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees, setting them up for success in their roles.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database, driving business growth through effective talent acquisition.
