As a Front Office team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our reception area, ensuring that every member and their guest receives a memorable and effortless experience from arrival to departure. Your role will involve working closely with the Head of Membership to develop new strategies for the reception team, maintaining and elevating the arrival and departure moments for all members, and keeping abreast with cultural programming and member events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the running of the Front Office, leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service
