About the Role:

  • Leading by Example: Providing guidance and leadership to other country national employees and vendors, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards in food handling, storage, and preparation, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of subsistence and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with Storeroom and DFAC Supervisors to achieve operational objectives, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Embracing change and adapting to new situations, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Educational Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required; one-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
  • Certified to drive a 2.5-ton reefer truck and up to 10K forklift; current Serve-Safe certification (Within 3 years) and valid U.S. Passport and U.S. or Local Driver's License required.
  • Valid U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment; ability to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements, including psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc., required.
