As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for working across the creative production of video related to Condé Nast's iconic brands in the Middle East. This includes helping the Head of Video brainstorm ideas and execute video series from pre-production through post-production.

The ideal candidate will have excellent visual style and storytelling ability that matches Condé Nast's brands. You will be expected to produce high-quality videos that are on-brand, timely, and meeting the highest standards of quality.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience producing and developing video content for various platforms, especially social media.
  • A strong knowledge of and interest in Condé Nast's brands.
  • Must be well-connected within the video production industry in the Middle East.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a good communicator, solution-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across hierarchies and departments.
  • Must be extremely efficient with the ability to hit hard deadlines.
  • A proven track record in managing productions from start to finish.
  • A solid understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to express ideas creatively in a script.
  • Experience leading and directing small and large crews on location and in-studio.
  • Experience dealing with A-list talent - celebrities, industry experts, and influencers (and their reps) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable conducting interviews on location and in-studio.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience working with post-production teams - video editors, motion graphic designers, animators, and thumbnail designers.
  • Written and spoken Arabic is a plus.
