Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with company policies and standards.
  2. Maintain ledgers, statements, and accounting records; resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy before processing transactions.
  3. Perform initial checks and verifications of computer input data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  4. Allocate appropriate accounting codes or cost centers to transactions processed in the section.
  5. Carry out periodic reconciliation of accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  6. Prepare payments relative to supplier invoices by verifying amounts due against related contracts.
  7. Prepare cash flow projections to facilitate liquidity planning.
