This is an exciting new opportunity to help launch a state-of-the-art flight training center in Dubai, UAE. Our advanced facility, equipped with six top-tier full-flight simulators, will be at the forefront of aviation training, making it an ideal environment for ambitious engineers to grow.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for all who train here. You will work alongside industry experts, developing valuable skills and playing a critical part in the success of our brand-new center.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Aviation-related fields.

  • Aviation Knowledge: Foundational understanding of various aircraft, especially commercial jetliners (e.g., Airbus family), and general aviation and training device terminology.

  • Language Proficiency: A strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.

  • Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems, including architecture, networking, operating systems, and basic programming languages.

  • Training Insight: Basic understanding of the principles and practices in commercial aviation training.
