Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing all facets of project execution on-site, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Support project teams to ensure compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Design Collaboration: Work alongside design teams to create comprehensive engineering designs and specifications. Ensure the precision and thoroughness of project documentation, including drawings and technical specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote a cooperative work atmosphere and encourage effective teamwork among project teams. Aid in developing detailed project plans and schedules, highlighting critical milestones and deliverables.
  • Technical Analysis: Participate in conducting technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project needs and limitations. Suggest innovative solutions and strategies to enhance project performance and minimize risks.
  • Resource Management: Assist in the strategic planning and allocation of resources, including personnel, machinery, methods, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor resource utilization and productivity, identifying areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering Diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the Fabrication Oil and Gas sector with a focus on project management and site support.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an emphasis on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and regulatory requirements in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects effectively within budget and schedule constraints.
