Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Specifications/Design Manager to join our team. As a hybrid technical sales position, this role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and technical skills.

About Us

We're a leading manufacturer of float, value-added, and fabricated glass products and solutions. Our products are used in various applications, including architectural, residential, interior, transportation, and technical glass applications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, façade consultants, and glaziers to promote our products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Middle East architecture/design and construction industry.
  3. Collaborate with the Territory Sales Management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  4. Provide technical support and training to architects and other stakeholders on our products and services.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote our brand and products.
Requirements
  1. A background in business, engineering, architecture, or relevant work-related experience.
  2. Proven sales experience in the B2B environment, preferably within the building material industry.
  3. Strong and effective communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation.
  4. Project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  5. A self-starter mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work in a team environment.
