The primary purpose of this role is to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, rules, policies, and requirements for Contract Logistics Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement IMS on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE systems across DSV (Abu Dhabi) warehouses and Contract Logistics operational facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of fire prevention, preparedness, and response systems, ensuring effective implementation and practice of HSE systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities, implementing suitable controls and maintaining proper recording and review of risk assessments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, submitting them to the Warehouse Manager and Head of QHSE/Manager QHSE.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled HSE professional with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, NEBOSH/IOSH certification, and training on Fire & Safety, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
