Job Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from lease signing to handover. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Role
  • Trakheesi Permits: Obtain permits for all advertisements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Agreement Registration: Register and renew agreements with respected developers to maintain accurate records.
  • Listing Management: Ensure listings on Property Expert, Dubizzle, and Bayut are accurate, up-to-date, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Contract Management: Draft and create various contracts, including tenancy agreements, and manage paperwork for all real estate transactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management and Real Estate Admin, ideally in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and the Ejari system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
