Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.
  • Analyze and enhance existing Oracle HCM Cloud / EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
  • Develop and test system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.
  • Evaluate and ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle HCM standards and HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and debugging skills on problem-solving in the Fusion Cloud environment and a good understanding of the quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing, and change management.
