Job Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Preparing detailed reports on team performance metrics.
  • Identifying trends and areas for improvement within sales processes and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
